Guests Regulations

Check-in time is 14.00 and Check-out time is 12.00
The maximum occupancy for Adult of all room types is 3 persons (900 baht for an extra bed+Breakfast)
Children age under 7 years old and height under 130 cm is free of charge.
Children age between 7-11 years old and height above 130 cm will be charged 900 baht for extra bed or 500 Baht will be charged for Breakfast without extra bed
In case of 4 persons occupancy per room ( 2 Adults,2 Children) must add an extra bed and charge the other child base on height.
Our resort does not allow any kind of pet to stay at the resort.
Cooking is not allowed in the room.
Smoking is not allowed in the room.
Our resort does not allowed you to make the noise or do anything that disturbs other guests.
Gambling and illegal is prohibited in the resort.
Casa Papaya Resort assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
In case of resort properties are damaged or lost, you have to compensate according to the properties price.
Our terrain and building is not suitable for wheelchair

Full pre-payment is required at the time of reservation.
Any cancellation or amendment, non refundable.
No show charge 100% of total booking amount.
You can postpone your check in date 1 time through notifying us 15 days in advance.
Changing and cancellation is primarily based on the document only. ( It will be allowed by our consideration only)
